Effective date: August 19, 2026
1. Website use
By using this website you agree to these terms. You agree not to interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
2. Customer eligibility and authority
This website serves business customers. By placing an order or submitting a quote request, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are authorized to purchase on behalf of the business named on the order and to bind that business to these terms.
3. Product descriptions and pricing
Prices shown as “Starting at” reflect a base configuration. Final pricing depends on size, material, customization, artwork complexity, quantity, shipping, delivery, and installation requirements. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, but photographs are representative and finished materials may vary in color and texture from what appears on a screen.
We may correct pricing or description errors and will contact you before proceeding if a correction affects your order.
4. Quotes and expiration
Written quotes state their own validity period. Unless stated otherwise, a quote expires 30 calendar days after it is issued. Material cost changes, scope changes, or site conditions discovered later may require a revised quote. A quote request is not an accepted order or a production commitment.
5. Custom artwork and customer representations
By uploading logos, artwork, photographs, or other content, you represent that you own the rights to that content or are authorized to use it for the purpose of this order, and that its use does not infringe any third-party trademark, copyright, or other right. You agree to be responsible for the accuracy of spelling, numbers, dates, colors, and measurements you submit.
6. Proof approval
Custom production begins only after you approve the final digital proof in writing. Your approval documents the wording, layout, dimensions, materials, and finishes to be produced. Errors that appear in an approved proof are not production errors.
7. Production timelines
Production estimates shown on product pages are business-day estimates that begin after artwork, payment, and written proof approval are received. Shipping transit time is separate from production time. No completion date is guaranteed unless it is included in a signed written agreement.
8. Payment terms
Accepted payment methods are cash, check, debit card, credit card, and wire transfer. Custom orders may require a deposit before design or production begins, with the remaining balance due before shipment, delivery, pickup, or installation unless other terms are stated in writing. Returned checks and failed payments may incur charges permitted by law. Card payments are handled through a secure processor-hosted checkout; HOUSE OF ZYNQ LLC does not store raw credit-card information.
9. Taxes
Applicable Georgia state and local sales taxes are added where required. Tax-exempt customers must supply a valid exemption certificate before the order is invoiced.
10. Shipping and delivery
Shipping, delivery, and pickup terms are described in the Shipping and Fulfillment Policy, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address.
11. Installation services
Installation is provided only when it is included in a written quote or order confirmation, and is governed by the Installation Policy. You are responsible for safe, authorized access and for landlord, property-management, municipal, electrical, structural, and permitting approvals unless we have agreed in writing to obtain them.
12. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are described in the Cancellation Policy. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Work already completed and costs already committed may not be refundable.
13. Refunds
Refund terms are described in the Returns and Refund Policy. Because customized products are produced to approved specifications, customized orders are generally not returnable after production begins.
14. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the logos and artwork you supply. Site content, layouts, and original design files created by HOUSE OF ZYNQ LLC remain our property or the property of their respective licensors unless ownership is transferred in writing. Third-party fonts, stock images, and licensed assets remain the property of their owners and are used under their applicable licenses.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of HOUSE OF ZYNQ LLC arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for the affected portion of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or event-related losses.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HOUSE OF ZYNQ LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising from artwork or content you supply, from your breach of these terms, or from conditions at a site where installation is performed that were not disclosed to us.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
