Customized orders
Because customized products are created to approved specifications, customized orders are generally not returnable after production begins.
Reporting a defect, production error, or shipping damage
A customer may report a manufacturing defect, production error, or shipping damage within five calendar days of delivery. Send the report to info@houseofzynq.org or call 404-542-9354.
Required documentation
Customers must provide photographs of the item and packaging along with the order reference number, the date of delivery, and a description of the issue. We may request the item be retained for inspection or returned before a claim is resolved.
How valid claims are resolved
HOUSE OF ZYNQ LLC will review valid claims and may repair, reproduce, replace, or refund the affected portion of the order as appropriate to the circumstances.
Color and material variation
Minor color differences between screens, proofs, printing processes, and physical materials are not automatically considered defects. Screen colors may differ slightly from finished printed and fabricated materials. Where exact color matching is required, request a physical sample or specify a color standard before proof approval.
Approved proofs
Errors appearing in an approved proof are not considered production errors. This includes spelling, wording, numbers, dates, dimensions, and layout that were shown on the proof you approved.
Nonrefundable charges
Shipping charges, design labor, site visits, permit costs, completed installation labor, and approved custom work may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Refund-processing time can depend on the customer's financial institution and is outside our control.
